OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.00 USD.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digiproduct OÜ from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) any dispute between you and a third-party repair shop or lender found through this Site.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (BINDING ARBITRATION)

9.1 Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in defending side jurisdiction in the state of Estonia.

9.2 Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST US ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
